Now that Jennifer Aniston is finally on Instagram, her ex-husband Justin Theroux has a special proposal for her.
The “Lady and the Tramp” actor took to Instagram to share that he and his dog, Kuma, visited some special four-legged friends – and to encourage his ex to adopt one.
“KUMA had a rough day,” he wrote. “We were working in Ventura and wouldn’t you know it? We just HAPPENED to be RIGHT NEXT to @vcanimalservices. KUMA had a feeling there might be some amazing puppies in there SO, we went over to meet some of them… and the human SAINTS that take care of them.”
Theroux praised the pups at Ventura County Animal Services as “SERIOUSLY CUTE.” His post included pictures of dogs Zumo, Shotti, a “very scared” Stella and a pup without a name yet.
“KUMA used to be JUST like them… without a forever home,” he added. “SO!!! She DEMANDED that we do something! At the very least, she made sure it was easy to adopt them.”
According to Theroux, “ALL” of the dogs’ adoption fees “have been paid… Now ALL they need is an amazing Human who is committed to taking care of them.”
And Theroux seemed to know celebs who would make perfect “Friends” for the canines, tagging Selena Gomez and Aniston.
“It sounds like a lot, but you’ll soon see,” he added. “once rescued, they take care of you. So if you’re in the Ventura area… ZUMO, SHOTTI, NO NAME, and STELLA would love a visit… and of course… more than anything, would love to take care of you.”
Along with noting, “sorry Selena, you know the drill,” Theroux also gave a caveat to Aniston: “yep, now that you’re on here, your gonna get this a lot too”
Jennifer Aniston, husband Justin Theroux announce separation
Aniston and Theroux tied the knot in August of 2015 and announced their separation in February of 2018, describing their split as “mutual” and “lovingly made.”
“We are two best friends who have decided to part ways as a couple, but look forward to continuing our cherished friendship,” they said in a statement at the time. “Above all, we are determined to maintain the deep respect and love that we have for one another.”
Aniston joined Instagram in October. Her first day on the site, Aniston broke the Guinness World Record for fastest time to get one million followers, doing so in five hours and 16 minutes.
