“The Flash” actress Danielle Panabaker announced Saturday on her Instagram that she is expecting her first child.
To tell the world about her baby, she posed with a breakfast of avocado toast and fruit in an oversized white dress shirt wearing her hair in a top knot.
The actress captioned the photo with a simple message: “Eating for two,” she wrote with a winky face.
She confirmed that the post was indeed a pregnancy announcement by retweeting an article posted by People. The news outlet reports the baby is due in May 2020.
This will be Panabaker’s first child with husband Hayes Robbins.
The actress, 32, married Robbins in June 2017.
Her followers took the the comment section to congratulate the star.
Her “Flash” co-star Danielle Nicolet wrote, “SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!”
Australian actor Sullivan Stapleton wrote, “Woohoo!!! Congrats you two if this is what I think you mean.”
Panabaker’s announcement is one of many celebrity pregnancies to come across public radar in the last couple of months.
Several celebrities announced they are pregnant in September: Alec and Hilaria Baldwin, five months after Hilaria had a miscarriage; Yael Grobglas of “Jane the Virgin”; Rachel Bloom of “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend”; and Carson Daly and wife, Siri, who will have their fourth child.
In October, Laura Prepon of “Orange is the New Black” announced she is pregnant, and James Van Der Beek and his wife, Kimberly Brook, said they are having their sixth child.
And in November, Richard Gere, 70, announced he is expecting a second child with his wife, Alejandra Silva, 36.
USA TODAY has reached out to Panabaker’s representatives for comment.
